This was one of the BEST experiences we’ve had in Fresno renting a car. We’ve rented from enterprise, dollar rental, budget, hertz, and Avis…. This experience surpassed all of them. Thank you Andrew

Best renter and rental I've ever had. I would always rent from him again . He went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much!

Great host, easy to communicate with the car ran great was able to drive all the way to LA and back to Fresno with no problems. The only thing I’m not a big fan of it wasn’t a great gas saver lol I did a round trip same day to LA and Back to Fresno and I had to gas up 2x. Once when it was on half a tank and which it took $50 to get it back to full from a half of tank and when dropping off I put $60 and it still didn’t go all the way to full so I put an extra $10 but by the time I got to the drop off location from where I live it was 3/4 full of gas. And I was paying $4.59 a gallon lol. But Other than that I would totally rent again just with a different vehicle from the Host. Also Host was very flexible with scheduling and accommodating me with another vehicle when the one I previously booked was extended by another customer. If you want great service, quick response and excellent customer service I would say book with US Direct 💪🏾🩷
As a first time Turo host this was a great experience. The host was friendly, responsive and made the whole process simple and stress free. The car was clean, exactly as described and drove great. Pick up and drop off were easy, and communication was excellent throughout. I would definitely rent from Matt again. Thank you for making our trip easy!

Overall, I had a great experience renting this 2020 Camry Hybrid for my birthday trip. The car was extremely fuel-efficient, which saved me a lot on gas, and it had plenty of power when I needed it. It was a little dirty when I picked it up, but nothing that significantly affected my trip. The host was responsive and even checked in with me halfway through the rental to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. During the trip, the maintenance required light came on, but the host quickly reassured me that it was likely just due for an oil change and that there was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a reliable, comfortable vehicle, and I would definitely consider renting from this host again.

Communication was a 10/10. Everything about this trip was excellent. The car was in perfect condition and got us through the grapevine without any issues. Highly recommend this rental and host!

Car ran beautiful for the trip and the host was even magnificent!!!!! 10/10 I recommend
Thank you was a blessing to rent this car for my family and I. Reliable and clean.

The trip started out with some obstacles, but overall the host is great! The car drove smoothly, pick-up and drop-off were very easy.

Great service! Host was very friendly and very communicative 😊 Car ran really smooth, would rent from him again!
the volume for the speaker was broken and the car play was spotty but overall great trip thank you!

Car ran and drove great. The honda fit is a perfect vacation car. It’s really good on fuel, has a lot of cabin space, and the back seats lay flat so you could sleep diagonally in the back if you aren’t too tall.
Easy check in and check out! The car was fantastic and did great for our trip to the National Parks in the area. Thank you!!

Gas mileage was excellent, car was clean and in great shape. I always rent from Steve and Carol and will continue to do so.
Very reliable car would rent again! Host is very nice and made the transitions easy!!

Second time renting from Charlie. Both times I had to chamge my trip. He accommodated both times very easily. Car qas clean and ran great!
Amazing ride and kept very well and car is great on gas. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!
The host was amazing, very understanding, and made everything so easy. I ended up needing a last-minute extension, and he was very accommodating and worked with me through the process. Communication was great, the car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed.
