Overall my experience was great. The car could’ve used a thorough cleaning prior to renting but besides that everything went well. The actual host was a big help, directing me to the location where the car was parked. I was unaware that there are about 5 host assisting with this rental but I quickly found out when Marlon, another host, startled me at 9pm by popping up and stand near the back of the car in the dark without introducing himself. I was in the process of completing the steps to check the car out and had to quickly pull off and leave the premises due to me being scared. As a man, please do not do this to women renters that’s traumatizing.
