I rented this car for five days with a couple of friends. Right away, the AC had issues, but the host fixed it immediately. The car did its job—great speakers, smooth ride—until the last day when I had an issue with the car. I didn’t feel safe, but the host again was quick to respond, had me bring the car back in, and even helped me get to the metro. He was attentive and responsive, which made all the difference. If you want a host who’s got your back when things go sideways, this is your guy. The only thing I would recommend as a customer working with this host is to choose one of his better quality cars! Otherwise this car was EVERYTHING I needed. THANKS!!

A/C didnt work; had to drive all the way back so they can fix the AC.
I told them that neither of the charging port worked and they ignored me. Car has a bunch of dents and damages…
