This was a great rental experience. I had rented this car for almost a month due to being in on leave and needing something to get me around Long Island. Once in a while I had my three kids with me and we all fit comfortably. Our pick up was right at the terminal even though the rain caused delays but it wasn’t an issue for us and they helped load the bags into the car. The car had great mileage as I took it to and from NC from NY and averaged about 45 mpg. I didn’t have any issues with anything throughout the month- an uneventful trip is a good trip! The cruise control feature on the car is also amazing. Drop off was convenient at Newark. Overall would recommend this ride and rental experience.

Car drove without issues. Only smell in the car when I picked it up was the air freshener. All questions I had were answered promptly. I adjusted my trip very late and they were more than accommodating.
