Second time renting from this house. Matthew, thank you. Great communication, easy, pickup, very clean car, thank you for making everything so easy. Thanks...

Awesome experience! Definitely plan to rent again. The Camry is gorgeous and very clean inside and out. Would recommend indeed!

Great car but has a lot of scratches and dents so any future renters should document all damages prior to their trip. Regardless, it is a good car that saves gas and you get what you pay for. Very responsive host.
The trip was very pleasant. I have no complaints on the rental. Will use him again.
This was a great experience. First time using this app. Very straight forward; everything online. Nathan A. was wonderful to work with and the car was lovely. Price was very fair. Will rent from Nathan A. again.

Everything went perfect, 2nd time renting and it was quick and easy. Rental process was smooth and Kevin is a great host

Willie’s car ran really clean and smooth. Did a last minute change to extend and it worked out perfectly . No issues and would rent again

Fairfield is easy to navigate, with I-80 as the main artery and straightforward access to wine country, parks, and neighboring cities. Here's what to know before you go.
California law requires all passengers to wear seatbelts, and children under eight must be in a car seat or booster. Right turns on red are allowed after a full stop unless posted otherwise. Keep your headlights on in rain or low visibility.
Downtown Fairfield has metered street parking and public lots near Texas Street. At Rockville Hills Regional Park, free parking is available at the trailheads — arrive early on weekends. Most hotels and attractions offer free parking.
The Bay Area has several tolled bridges if you're heading west toward San Francisco or south toward the East Bay. Check your car's listing for any toll-related notes before crossing.
Gas stations are easy to find along I-80 and throughout Fairfield. If you're driving an EV, charging stations are available in town and at several shopping centers. Top off before heading into more rural stretches of Suisun Valley.
A car is helpful for getting around Fairfield and essential for exploring Suisun Valley's tasting rooms or reaching Rockville Hills. A sedan works well for city driving and short trips. For more cargo space — bikes, luggage, or a cooler for your vineyard visits — an SUV gives you room to spare.
The closest major airport to Fairfield is
Sacramento International Airport (SMF), about 40 miles away via I-80. Many cars on Turo can be delivered directly to the airport, so you can skip the terminal counters and start your trip as soon as you land.
With Turo: You book the exact car you want — no "or similar" surprises. Skip the rental counter entirely with delivery to Sacramento International Airport, your hotel, or another location. Choose from a diverse selection of vehicles, from everyday sedans to EVs and trucks. Everything is managed through the app, including pickup instructions and messaging.
With traditional rental companies: You may reserve one car and receive another. Expect lines at the counter, shuttle buses to off-site lots, and a generic fleet with limited variety. Hours can be rigid, and upsells at the desk are common.
You'll need a valid driver's license and a payment method on file. International guests can use a foreign license in most cases, though some hosts may have additional requirements listed on their vehicle page.
Yes. Turo accepts valid US licenses from any state, and most hosts accept foreign licenses. Check the specific car listing for any host requirements.
You must be at least 18 to book on Turo in the US. Guests under 25 may see a young driver fee on some trips, and certain vehicles may have higher age requirements set by the car's owner.
Turo offers protection plans you can choose at checkout. Options range from Minimum to Premier coverage, each with different levels of reimbursement for physical damage. Select the plan that fits your comfort level when you book.
Many cars on Turo offer weekly and monthly discounts that apply automatically when your trip meets the minimum duration. You'll see any available discounts on the vehicle listing before you book.
Yes. Many vehicles in Fairfield are available for weekly or monthly rentals, often at discounted rates. Filter your search by trip length to find cars that fit extended stays or longer-term needs.
Mileage policies vary by vehicle. Some cars include unlimited distance, while others have a daily limit with a per-mile fee for overages. Use the unlimited distance filter when searching to find cars with no mileage caps.
Yes. You can add additional drivers through the Turo app before or during your trip. Each added driver must meet Turo's eligibility requirements and have a valid license on file.
Yes. Monthly rentals are available on Turo and often come with significant discounts compared to daily rates. They're a practical option for extended work trips, temporary relocations, or anytime you need a car for 30 days or more.
