Expired temp license plate, unresponsive, terrible customer service

We responded to your messages and offered assistance, including offering to swap out the temporary tags with the permanent plates we had just received in the mail—even though you were over two hours away from our location. We always try our best to accommodate guests and resolve concerns quickly. If there was any confusion during the trip, we would have been happy to help further if contacted.
