Thank you for the review and we're happy that you had a great experience. Next time use the USB connector to hook up your phone to the sound system. 👍
The car was relatively easy to find and it was in good condition, with a full gas tank. My complaint is I was never told about any extra parking fees, I only expected to pay for the amount charged to rent the car. I had to pay an extra parking fee for overnight parking for where the car was parked before I picked it up and it was never communicated that this was part of the cost.

It's unfortunate that there was confusion about where you requested the vehicle to be delivered to. People traveling to the New York airports are aware that airports charge for parking and there is no way for us to prepay at the location that you provided. Turo does not allow us to Venmo guests money off of the platform due to fraud concerns, and that is why, even though you asked repeatedly, we can not Venmo you parking pass money. That aside, we're so happy that you had a great experience.
It was perfect. We ended up dropping off the car a day early due to weather.
