The host was absolutely amazing, very helpful and gave us great instructions. the car made me want to buy a Tesla because of the experience. And the pick up location was convenient for me not far from where I live. So I appreciate it very much.

Very smooth and easy pickup and drop off. Jay was very cool and helpful throughout the whole trip. I would recommend booking with him if you're in the Bay Area.

The heater did not work and I traveled at a time when it was cold in San Francisco. It was 42° f most mornings and we had no heater. The renter indicated that FSD was available on this vehicle but upon arrival I was told it would be an extra $5
Hi Paul, sorry for the experience! The heater had a temporary sensor issue that’s since been fixed. Regarding FSD — we keep it as an optional add-on since many guests prefer not to pay for features they won’t use. We should have made that clearer upfront and have updated our listing to reflect this. Hope to host you again for a better experience!
