Windy City wheels made our trip all the more memorable. They were very communicative, clear, and answered my questions very promptly. The quality of the car was in very high condition. It smelled really nice and was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. And the pick up and drop off was the smoothest part about our trip. Michael was very communicative and met us exactly where we were during our transitioning to and from airport terminals. Additionally his hospitality and kindness with grabbing our bags for us and inquiring about our trip, made us feel very welcomed. I would do this trip all over again if I could!
