The vehicle I received was not the car I originally reserved. It had significant front and rear damage that was never disclosed in the listing. I asked the drop-off team for a replacement or a partial refund, but they told me they couldn’t due to the holiday weekend. After that, I requested a partial refund directly from the host, but he refused. I did my best to communicate professionally, but despite my attempts, I never received a follow-up or resolution. While the drop-off team was great, the lack of transparency and follow-through from the host made this a frustrating experience. I hope future guests are better informed before pickup.
