The location of the vehicle was not clearly known, especially for someone who is not familiar with the airport parking scheme. Suggest dropping a pin. The communication response time took a half hour and did not answer calls made. Suggest being available for communication during pick up and drop off day/times. The cleanliness of the vehicle was not to par. There was a used water bottle, receipt and other debris in the car. There were personal items in the car (i.e. gloves in the glove box). I understand the vehicle may be used by the owner, but it should be clear of any personal items. The fuel level was not full.

The car had a little shake, took it to discount tire because the tire pressure was very unbalanced. Otherwise nice car nice host!
