Car was in great shape, everything went smoothly! Highly recommend

Once I've arrived to pick up the vehicle, I had to wait around 20 mins to receive a QR code to get into the parking garage. Therefore the host is not as responsive at times. Also doesn't have human interaction. For example I'll say, "have a nice day" and I get no response lol. That's fine I guess. I just left the host alone for the whole trip. The car itself was okay. I don't like how I need to reconnect to Bluetooth every single time I get inside the vehicle and other problems here and there. But I just thank God that I survive the trip by going to where I need to be

Great customer service, responded quickly, car drove perfectly and no problems whatsoever. When we come back to LA, we will rent through long again
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
