The host gave me a car with expiring plates. When it came time to renew, the plates and tags, the host refused to address the issue. It took two days and he still didn't update the tags and plates. Turo had to cancel the trip and refund my money. I don't recommend this host if you need something from him he was extremely slow with responding. He ended up costing me money due to loss of days at my job.

This was a 6 month rental. We renewed the registration and only needed to install the newly issued July plates, 10min of your time max. On June 27, 28, and 29, the guest said he was unavailable. On June 30, we received no response. On July 1, after a final notice, we had no choice but to end the trip early because we still weren’t allowed access to install the plates. This understandably frustrated the guest and resulted in this review. The vehicle was also returned in extremely poor condition.
I had an excellent experience renting this car. It was incredibly clean and extremely comfortable, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The pick-up and drop-off process was very easy and smooth, and communication with the owner was always quick and clear.
Overall, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The car was in great condition and exactly as described. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant rental experience.
