I am sorry you were not properly educated about Turo fees, this rating is for the vehicle and myself as a host, and all of those fees are not set by myself nor paid to me but instead to Turo. The vehicle fuel efficiency is as per manufacturers specifications, I am sorry you were not educated on the vehicle either prior to renting. All of your negative remarks are irrelevant to the actual service or vehicle condition.
