Absolutely outstanding Turo experience from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and ready to go upon arrival. Communication was excellent throughout the entire trip, with quick responses and clear instructions that made pickup and drop-off effortless.

Ivonne was very accommodating and nice. we arrived a day earlier and she went out of her way to have the car available including paying for the Uber to the car as originally she was going to leave it at the airport where we flew in. Also, very nice car.

Regarding the low battery, the vehicle was left idling for about 43 minutes, and as mentioned in our messages, the car has a safety feature that automatically shuts off after extended idling.
