No issues with host, the car has some preexisting cosmetic issues that are apparent in the pictures prior to me driving it

When The Tire Got An Air Leak, I Offered To Pay For The Patching Of It But They Referred Me To A Tire Place That Would Charge Them To Fix It.
I Thought That Was Very Nice Of Them To Offer That Lol.

Worst rental experience I’ve had.
The price felt high given the car’s cosmetic condition, I was willing to overlook that. Unfortunately, the cosmetic issues were the least of its problems.
The vehicle had the same mechanical issue other renters reported months ago—a noticeable vibration at highway speeds. After experiencing it myself and reading similar reviews, it seems the issue has gone unaddressed while the car continues to be rented out.
The return process was also frustrating. The host provided the lockbox code for pickup, but not for return. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to remember a code they only entered once nearly a week earlier. I nor customer service couldn’t find it in the instructions—something mentioned in previous reviews. I tried messaging through the app and calling multiple times with no response and even customer support couldn’t reach the host.
Between the unresolved mechanical issue, poor communication, and stressful return process, this was a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend renting from this host.
