Worst rental experience I’ve had.
The price felt high given the car’s cosmetic condition, I was willing to overlook that. Unfortunately, the cosmetic issues were the least of its problems.
The vehicle had the same mechanical issue other renters reported months ago—a noticeable vibration at highway speeds. After experiencing it myself and reading similar reviews, it seems the issue has gone unaddressed while the car continues to be rented out.
The return process was also frustrating. The host provided the lockbox code for pickup, but not for return. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to remember a code they only entered once nearly a week earlier. I nor customer service couldn’t find it in the instructions—something mentioned in previous reviews. I tried messaging through the app and calling multiple times with no response and even customer support couldn’t reach the host.
Between the unresolved mechanical issue, poor communication, and stressful return process, this was a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend renting from this host.

The logistics were great and the host gets back to you very quickly if you have a question. I wish they were more flexible if you ask for an extension. I needed an extra hour due to unforeseen circumstances and I had to pay an extra 129 dollars. I understand it’s a business, but a lower fee would have been a great option. It was 129 for one, two, three, up to four hours later. Maybe consider adjusting the fee for people who only need little time. It’s just a suggestion but I think that would make people want to rent from you again. Like I said, everything else was great.
