Picking up the vehicle was simple and straightforward, and the instructions provided made the process easy. Unfortunately, within about 20 minutes of being on the road, the vehicle experienced an unexpected mechanical issue that appeared to come out of nowhere and was not something that seemed preexisting. The host responded quickly, met with me, and provided several replacement options. I chose the quickest available option so I could continue my trip without much delay. A few days later, they followed up and switched me into another vehicle, which worked out perfectly for the remainder of my trip. I truly appreciated their efforts to make sure I had the best experience possible despite the circumstances. Their customer service went above and beyond, and I would absolutely book with them again in the future. Highly recommended.
