Absolute 5-star host! While the vehicle unfortunately developed a mechanical issue during the trip, Louis handled the situation with incredible professionalism, honesty, and kindness.
He communicated clearly, came to meet me directly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved fairly and smoothly. You can really trust Louis to take care of his guests no matter what happens. I would definitely rent from him again!

We had no problems with the car; the host was very friendly and accommodating with the pickup. He even offered to drive us somewhere after the drop-off. Excellent service.
