The car drove well, and pickup was easy. However, it had almost no gas at pickup, and the windows—including the windshield—were hazy enough that we had to clean them for safe driving. We also received no response when we reached out about extending the rental. Better preparation and communication would have made the experience much better.

car was good, low on oil but Roland said it was fine. only took off one star due to checking out. i had extended it for two more days because of our flights, but we ended up needing it for one day and i didn’t get refunded for the day. i’ve extended and canceled extensions before and never had this tick. overall, a great host and great car.
