The car was a nice smooth drive and steered great on curves and highways.
The hosts were great and helped me when I was having trouble with the app. Every time I had a question they were prompt on their response and went out of their way to help.

Easy pickup and clear instructions. Host was friendly and punctual. Car could’ve used some minor maintenance (windshield wipers and oil change).

We’re not sure what error code surfaced during your trip. The vehicle’s oil was changed right before your trip, and during your check-in photo (taken during your return), there are no error codes or maintenance messages on the dash reflected.
It may have been an unfortunate intermittent message. Thanks for the feedback on the wipers.

Easy transition to picking up the car. I noticed the car had a tire issue. The hosts were quick in responding to get the issue taken care of. More issues with the vehicle arises while on the road, delaying my trip. The hosts refunded me for the money spent on vehicle maintenance and accommodated me a couple extra days.
Alexis, thanks for being patient during your trip. The unfortunate nail in the tire 30 mins into the trip started a windfall of delays. Thanks for working with us to find you a solution for the issue.
