The car itself was in excellent condition clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. However, the host’s service was disappointing. I needed assistance during the rental and tried calling several times, but the host didn’t pick up or respond to messages. Even when returning the car, I couldn’t get in touch, which made the drop-off stressful. Great car, but communication needs serious improvement.
