Poor experience. Will not rent again

Everything was perfect great host responded on time even let me extend my trip definitely will be booking an again !!!!!

Great handoff and great car. The owner was very nice and responsive.

I couldn’t locate the vehicle and the host was not responding. I was unable to use the vehicle for the first 1:30 min of my trip. Twice I was locked out and couldn’t reach the host and I also had Turo reach out and she didn’t answer. She offered me a sarcastic apology for not answering me and overall was unprofessional. I won’t ever rent from her again.
No smoking allowed
