Pickup is a hassle. There’s an additional al charge you need to pay to leave the airport that Stephen does not mentiom in his ad. Car is in rough shape and makes noises as you drive.
Had to pay $46 dollars to leave the parking garage that Stephen did not reimburse after saying he would.
Charged me $40 for leaving the car with 3/4 tank of gas.
Would not rent again
I’m disappointed by this review because it omits several important facts. The airport parking fee was disclosed immediately after booking, and you were offered the option to cancel for a full refund if it didn’t work for you. The parking charge was also reimbursed as promised. The fuel charge was assessed because the vehicle was not returned at the same fuel level, and Turo adds its own convenience fee to fuel reimbursements. I strive to be transparent and fair with every guest.
