Horrible experience. I initially booked another car and was informed hours before my booking was to start that the car was unavailable. The host put me in this car knowing it was unreliable. The car cut off on me at a red light. I’m very disappointed and feel I was scammed.

The vehicle in question mentioned based on prior reviews is one of our most popular vehicles, if you didn’t like the vehicle and preferred an SUV instead you could have let us know instead of saying untrue things about the vehicle, unfortunately you can’t please everyone.
The car was trash! Barely could do things with it and had issues
