He put us in a car, with engine problems. He covered the light with black tape. It started shaking in the middle of the street when I was driving it and by the time my trip was over I couldn't even drive it back to the drop off location because it literally would not move.
Latoya, I’m surprised by the mention of an engine problem only now that the trip has concluded. You chose to extend this rental multiple times over the last week and only brought the car back once I requested it. If there had been a genuine mechanical issue, the standard Turo procedure is to report it immediately so the trip can be cancelled or the vehicle swapped. Reporting an issue only upon a forced return suggests the claim is not accurate. Please judge your kind before you do wrong to other
