The vehicle drove well and pickup was smooth; however, the cleanliness and preparation could be improved. Upon receiving the vehicle, the floor mats had visible dirt, there were crumbs in the back seat, and the trunk contained personal items from a previous user, which made the cargo area unavailable during my rental. While these issues did not prevent me from using the vehicle, I believe future renters would benefit from a more thorough cleaning and inspection before pickup.
