It wasn’t bad just need get some things right on it

The pickup and communication were seamless, didn't have any issues with that. I had an issue with the condition and cleanliness of the vehicle. I honestly think this car just gets rented over and over without any true cleaning or maintenance. The vehicle had warning lights on, I had to continuously put air in the tire because there were no caps and Im sure the front passenger tire needed to be changed. It shook while driving on the freeway and it had dents, dings, and scrapes. I came into town wanting a nice vehicle to get around for my corporate event and was highly disappointed. I've used these services before and the quality of the vehicles were night and day. I honestly think this car has had it and the pictures displayed are false advertisement. If I hadn't paid my money I probably wouldn't have accepted the vehicle upon entrance. This vehicle shouldn't be rented out.
