The car quality was great. The volkswagens are a good vehicles to begin with. The pick up location was very easy to manage and pick up the car.

Trip was canceled few minutes it was supposed
To start,
I had to rebook it for scratch with the same operator and had to go and pick up the car outside the airport.
No support was offered just saying that the fault was because another user returned it late, well this is not acceptable.
When I asked to return the car at the airport instead of having it as a courtesy I was asked to change the trip and pay extra.
NOT A FAIR HOST with No Soul
No smoking allowed
