Pick up was a 2 hour wait. Other than that, it was okay.
I apologize for the wait. This is a very rare situation for us. There was a technical glitch in the notification system. We were notified of your trip 15 minutes before it started. Sorry again for the situation.

Car was great the pick up location needs to be better described. We had a difficult time being it was our first time to FLL plus trying to find the garage. Shuttle information would have been helpful. The host was very attentive when we reached out but between finding the car and then trying to find the entrance to the cypress garage and then shuttle again, it was very stressful. For our first time.
