Car pick-up was simple and easy right from the airport. Unfortunately, 3 days into the trip we received a flat tire. This model of car does not come with a spare tire because it is so small. I messaged the host when the flat happened, and did not hear back from them until I had reached out to Turo for assistance. I had to get the car towed to a shop to get the tire fixed. At that point, I found out that all 4 tires were bald and the car should not have been on the road unless all 4 tires were replaced. In the middle of my trip, I had to spend over half a day dealing with Turo for them to pick up the car and return it to the host along with finding a car from a different rental service to avoid any further issues on my trip. I wish the host would’ve checked the car over better before renting it out. It put myself and my partner in great danger with tires that bad.

Great fun car to drive around south Florida. Car shows a little bit of its age with some dings but overall it was reliable. Volodymyr was timely and communicative with any problems that may have arisen.
