A FUIR, FRAIS CACHÉ ET SAV INDESIRABLE
La voiture est bien, équivalent a une mustang ou une camaro de chez Avis ou Hertz.
Le service proposé par Turtus LLC est néanmoins déplorable.
- Pas de liquide de lave glace, j'ai du donc en acheter.
- j'ai payé le parking de l'airport pour sortir le véhicule (il me l'a ensuite facturé une deuxième fois)
- j'ai eu besoin de changer une roue a cause d'une crevaison, il n'y avait pas de quoi changer la roue. Apres avoir demander de l'air, il m'a répondu de me débrouiller avec le support de Turo. J'ai du acheter de quoi changer et réparer la roue !
- ayant subit 2h de bouchons pour revenir a l'aéroport, la jauge de carburant a baissé, celui ci m'a facturé 30$ de carburant pour 5 litres.
Aucuns contact clients ni appel, Turtus LLC n'est la que pour le business.
Je suis pourtant un habitué de la location a Miami. Turtus LLC est a fuir ! Pire que Avis, Hertz ou autre grosses compagnies.

We told to call Turo road assistance because it is a special service in charge of wheel repair assistance.
There were no additional parking fees, just a ticket from the airport at checkout. The guest was late, so he paid for the parking lot.
I included the gas receipt. The car is taken away and given with a full tank.
The liquid could run out because the guest traveled more than 1,000 miles, that's normal.
