Awesome great car and great customer service

Worst customer service that I have ever encountered. Car was stolen. Neither I nor the owner recieved any guidance or instruction. Turo did not even update my trip to indicate that it had ended over a month ago when car was stolen. When I called Turo, I was met by uninformed, untrained reps who could not help

Hi Sarah, I’m really sorry you experienced that. The previous guest returned the car in that condition, and it actually wasn’t ready that day, but I didn’t want to cancel your trip. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. The car is now at the mechanic getting the brakes and everything else fixed, and I’ve updated my cleaning process so this never happens again.
