Very smelly car. Seems like smoke. Otherwise, very available and nice people. Towards end of trip the smell started to disappear.

Hi Keith, this review takes us completely by surprise. We had a good conversation with you after Christmas where you mentioned that everything went quite well.
We even blocked off the calendar for you to accommodate the later than expected return.
The smoke smell is very faint and from 2 guests ago, we have done our best to air it out. You even mentioned yourself in person that it was hardly noticeable.
Very surprised to get this type of rating and also on Xmas!
Fun to drive! Pick up and drop off were easy. The only bummer was no Full Self Driving subscription, but other than that, it was all good.
