Car was filthy when I showed up, to the point where I had to wash my hands after opening the trunk. Owner did not respond to ANY messages I sent before or during the trip, and Turo did not respond either. Unacceptable when you’re spending $500 for two days.

Incredible car and generally great service. Loved taking the car up the Pacific coast and would love to do it again!
Only downsides, Car was not clean when it was picked up due to a mix up at the pickup center. It had a big splat on the windscreen which we cleaned off ourselves. Instructions on how to find the car were not completely clear either but we found it relatively easily none the less.
Other downside was that the Sat Nav is out of date. So we went wrong quite a few times which pushed us over our mileage allowance.
