Will be sure in the future to always get photos of the inside of the car. [FYI, the first BMW had to get cancelled, as it was not clear inside (and I ended up with an older BMW for more money, so that was a tough start).] Also, I rented a Turo in Hawaii (a few weeks prior) and the pick up was super easy and I could show up at anytime. With this one, Rashid was there waiting (which I did not realize), so, I do feel bad that he was waiting a bit, as I did not realize the pick up procedure was very different than past pick ups. Rashid (and Ramil) were very nice, so keeping the rating on the higher side for that. [Admittedly, it was very funny to receive a text via Turo saying 'no smoking in the car', as it was very obvious that ship had sailed long before I got in the car. Kind of a bummer, as I was driving to SoCal to meet with a doctor to help with my breathing, so it was not the best air quality with my breathing being better, so it was tough on me. Let's just say I ran the A/C the majority of the time, to help recirculate the air.]
