Car was dirty inside and outside. When pick it up.

this rental was subpar to turo standards. when i got to the car i took note of how dirty it was on the outside. then when i opened it to take interior pictures i noticed a Butt Stain on the driverside seat, three dirty dissheveled floor mats with dirt/leaves underneath, cup holder section and dashboard were dirty. but the worst was when i turned on the ignition to notate the mileage and gas level, i noticed that i had LESS than a quarter of a tank of gas(the photos i uploaded sunstantiates all the aforementioned). time was of the essence, so i didnt have time to reach out to the host about these issues. i ended up getting a grocery store bag out of my satchel, and putting it on the driver's seat the duration of the rental. the car did get me from point a to b, and upon return, i filled the tank to the level where i received it.
