I rated a 4 because there was some undercarriage noise. The entire trip, I was afraid something was going to happen to the vehicle while on vacation. I recommend something gets done.Because there is some undercarriage noise going on.

Thank you for sharing your concern. I understand how the undercarriage noise could make the trip uneasy. After your rental, I found a cracked plastic undercarriage shield that was dragging and causing the sound. It has been fully repaired. I appreciate you pointing it out. Safe travels.
