Car smelled terrible I had to return it early
I’m sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt the need to end your trip early. The vehicle had just returned from a previous trip and was scheduled to go back out the following day. During turnover, my team did their best to clean and refresh the vehicle and address any odors before your pickup. I understand that odors can affect comfort differently from person to person, and I apologize that the condition of the vehicle did not meet your expectations.

Didn’t Feel Comfortable How The Car Was Driving
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were not comfortable with how the vehicle was driving. Before your trip, the vehicle passed a pre-trip inspection and had just been returned by another guest who reported no issues and left a 5-star review When I asked for more details, you indicated that you were unsure where the noise was coming from. After the vehicle was returned, I inspected and test drove it but was unable to find or reproduce any shaking, noise, or mechanical concerns.

Car was great on gas. Drove well. Only complaint was tires were not the best so driving in rain was difficult but other than that great trip

There were just small things like tire pressure light on and wipers needed replaced. But for a person renting a vehicle they expect to be safe I was disappointed. The car also badly needs brakes or rotor. I think there should be more pictures of the vehicle I would have never rented a vehicle this small. The host was very accommodating to my issues but the vehicle should have been checked before renting
