2nd trip with this host. Enough vehicles to have solutions to any problems. Great gas mileage and very well maintained. Incredible hosts that are always responsive. Having a very easy and convenient pick up and drop off also means that I'll rent from them again.

The maintenance of the car for underneath was poor .
This guest lied about an accident and left the vehicle with the keys in the parking lot.

Good host, appreciate him being on time. Only issue is the seatbelt noise that doesn’t turn off while driving (happens while wearing a seatbelt)

I’m amazed at how quickly I was able to obtain this Kia. I’d booked two different vehicles ahead of time however, something came up (not owners fault) and I wasn’t able to obtain either of those too at last minute the host of this Kia was able to help. The car drove quite well. I might just purchase me a Kia, now. I’m quite satisfied with my experience so I give a 10 out of 10
