Very professional. Ended up having an issue with a tire and I was able to communicate with him quickly and got the issue resolved. A great host never promises an incident free trip, but great hosts will always be problem solvers.

Car drove really well but we were a little concerned about the engine noise and the way the car would jerk a bit when I would break, but otherwise it was very comfortable and got us where we needed to go! :)
