Good car ran very solid, was great on gas mileage better than I expected. The host was very responsive and flexible letting me extend my trip. I would book again!

This is a wonderful , clean car I enjoyed using it for my trip .

Host is very rude. Had an unfortunate accident with the fabric of the roof that was very minor due to my autistic child being himself and he was definitely not nice about it all. I also was switched vehicles at the last min due to someone else keeping his vehicle. I feel this trip was awful and do not recommend. Much nicer and easier people to deal with on this app.

The headliner was returned damaged and needed repair. I offered to pay half the repair cost to resolve fairly, you declined.
Also, the car was returned aprox quarter tank of gas short. You disputed the reimbursement request which is standard Turo policy.
The guest is responsible to return the car is the same state they received it.
I always aim to be reasonable and professional and encourage others to review the full trip details.
