There was a bit of confusion when picking up the car, but once everything was straightened out, the rest was smooth. As a first time EV driver I was concerned about charging the car, but one of the gentlemen there gave me a really good explanation on how to charge the vehicle. Other than the tire sensor going off, the rest of the trip/drive was very smooth.i would rent this again.

The car did the job! The car was given to me without windshield wiper fluid, and the back of the passenger seat had some damage.
However, the host was very easy to communicate with, instructions were clear, and they were flexible when I needed to pick up and drop off the car at the airport.

Great service from the staff team.love their support and energy. However if you are using this bolt for any type of courier services like Shipt, DoorDash, uber/lyft etc…. This would not be the car for that. But thank you again for the car and service.

Hi Khrystal! Thank you so much for the honest review. I agree with you while this vehicle is cost effective it is not so much for heavy continuous driving or long roadtrips. It is more so a “get you around the city” type of car. We do have plenty of reoccurring guests however who do DoorDash with it because it’s cheaper than gas just requires more stopping! Def personal preference. Regardless we’d so love to see you back thank you so much again!!!!
Host was excellent, pickup procedure was easy, electric car experience was great - stayed at hotel with free charging. About 200 mile range on full charge while using AC.
But, this little Bolt needs maintenance: probably sway bar links are toast - major clunking sound over all bumps of any size. Windshield washer squirter not working, even though washer tank is full. Host has been alerted to these issues.
