Pickup and drop off were a breeze. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Car is nice, drives/rides smooth. Charge was longer than expected and did not go as far as expected. However, overall it was an excellent experience and will definitely book again.

Benjamin’s Model 3 was excellent! Fun to drive, clean, and in great condition. Pickup was easy and the host was quick to answer any questions I had. Fantastic experience overall.

I needed a car for a trip back home, and this Tesla was wonderful for that. However, the car is an older make, so I was not aware of the battery's degradation. I had expected to get the standard 263 miles off a full charge and was only able to go <100 miles before having to charge again. I know the battery doesn't charge as quickly when in cold weather, but even still, this added 4 hours to the trip because of having to stop to charge so often. The car itself is great to drive. It is very smooth and has a speediness that I didn't expect. The safety sensors gave me a peace of mind that no other car could. It was tricky to learn all of the features including the self-driving, but once I figured it out, it added amazing value to the car. I'm someone who doesn't like driving, so having the car be able to do the majority of the work really made up for having to stop so often. The pick-up and drop-off process was easy and quick and made for a great addition to my trip.
