Had to return the car immediately because it was dirty and smelled of smoke so bad it was burning our throats and making us nauseous even with all of the windows down.

The car was detailed and treated with an ozone machine before your trip, but your experience shows we need to check it again. We’re inspecting the interior and addressing any remaining odor before it goes out to another guest. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
This car is a piece of junk. I will never do this again. Check in and out was easy. I paid WAY too much! $340 for a piece of junk for 2 days!
