This was an absolutely awful experience. I have used this app several times to rent vehicles, and this was by far the most difficult and frustrating experience I’ve had.
My scheduled pickup time was 7 PM, but I didn’t actually receive the vehicle until 30–40 minutes later. Communication was extremely difficult, and the pickup location was repeatedly being changed without me being properly informed, which made the entire process even more stressful and confusing.
On top of that, the vehicle was not clean and had an awful smell inside. There were even moments when I genuinely did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle. The overall condition of the car and the lack of communication made this rental a terrible experience from beginning to end.
I would absolutely not recommend renting this vehicle. I expected a much better experience, especially considering I have used this app before without any issues.

As for the Elantra itself, after your comments, it has been to the shop, but nothing mechanically wrong was found with it.
