This was our 1st experience with Turo AND also with a Tesla, not to mention one equipped with Full Self Driving. What a GREAT experience all the way around!! Pick up and drop of was a breeze. Spent 10 days just punching in addresses or names of locations and let the car get us there. This is a great way to explore unknown areas. Brian was a great host and responded quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this type of car rental and experience!!

Smooth, clean, and seriously fun to drive — this 2025 Model Y exceeded my expectations. The host was responsive and made pickup effortless, with clear instructions for getting started (a must if you’re new to Teslas). The car was spotless inside and out, charged up and ready to go. Range was excellent for my trip, and the Supercharger network made longer drives stress-free. The tech is intuitive once you get the hang of the big center screen, and the acceleration never got old. Backup camera and Autopilot features made highway stretches and parking a breeze. A few notes for first-timers: there’s a small learning curve with door handles, gear selection, and charging, but the host walked me through everything. Bring your phone — it’s basically your key. Overall a fantastic experience. Comfortable, efficient, and a blast to drive. Would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone curious about going electric. Five stars!

Considered it was my first time driving a Tesla, I can say the experience was extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend this car and host if you are looking for a no fuss kind of rental. I love the fact how the keys are digital and the host sends them directly to your phone. I definitely recommend downloading the Charge Key app because it made charge the vehicle a breeze. I will definitely be renting again.

From start to finish, this was my best Turo experience by far. Seamless pickup, drop off and the car looked and drove like it just came off the factory line. Having FSD made my real estate focused trip even more efficient, allowing me to look around more intently while driving. Will be renting again on my next trip to Charlotte!
