Originally a week prior I rented a y model from this host the day of we were giving a notice that the Y model needed repairs, which inconvenenced us tremendously, we asked for accommodations if they were able to fix the repair, but they were not Is inconvenience could have been fixed during that week? Especially with the notice that we did already paid for the higher model days prior.
The vehicle that they had available was 3 model and that was too small and didnt hold efficient enough battery for our traveling arrangements, but we had no choice but to accept due to the time restraints, the communication was very unprofessional and lacked connection The accommodations were not met. Promises were not kept.I highly do not recommend for far travel car was clean but not fully charged

To clarify: the Model Y picked up a nail in the tire the day before your reservation (not a week prior) when the previous guest returned it, and couldn't be repaired in time. I offered the Model 3 as the closest alternative and got you on the road quickly. It was at 89-90% charge, the recommended daily limit to protect battery health. Thank you for noting the car was clean.
