I will have to say Rich is someone who I would rent from again.are day started off Rockey but at the end of he was able to rent to me an understand what was going on. He also told me that there was some damage done to the car before an offer me a different car. I did not go with the other car due to the fact that it had been extended time on for that day but the fact he offered it was nice. But a end everthzwork out for the best
