The worst trip ever vehicle was infested with Roaches
This guest complained about insects (rarely seen in 5000 trips) and yet he extended his trip. Then he demanded a full refund for the 3-days rented. After extending the trip, he threatened claims with government agencies if he didn't get the refund. Making the kind of threats that this guest lodged was abusive, inappropriate and extortive. We value all our guests and always aim to resolve issues fairly, but we also believe hosts deserve protection from intimidation or misuse of the Turo platform.
