Last minute rental. The car had an odd odor. Outside appearance was fine a few dings and paint modifications. Inside of vehicle was not so clean but it was a last minute rental for me so I didn’t cancel the trip.

The car was in bad conditions: the outside had a lot of scratches and a whole piece from the front bumper was missing. Things weren't much better on the inside: driver's seat was teared and the roof lining is falling down. The car had a lot of vibrations over 60 mph and the brakes were making weird noises, it did not feel very safe to drive. I also had concerns on the cleaning level: there were a lot of crumbles left on the inside and the car smelled bad. I feel like overall there were much better cars available for less money, it was definitely not worth the money I paid, even with the monthly rent discount. In addition, it felt like renting from a robot. The host would communicate with me only through preset messages. I had a couple inquires during my rent period (1 month) and I never received any answer. Luckily it was not urgent matters and everything was fine, but I can't imagine what would happen in case of an emergency. On a positive note, I felt unsafe renting from this host because of several last-minute cancelations in the reviews, but the co-host Ashley was great at helping me with a last minute check-in procedure (calling her seems to be the only way to get in touch with the host's team)

Pick up location was okay. Driver head light was inoperative, braking quality was poor , Windshield wiper blades were very poor for this weather and tires were poor/ had a bad ride to it very bumpy in the steering /front tires
